Does your pregnancy, postpartum, or early days of parenthood feel like an emotional rollercoaster? Are you experiencing joy mixed with stress, anxiety, and uncertainty, or even sadness you didn’t expect? Do you feel like you have to white knuckle it through - just to make it through the day?

Moms deserve support too - and I’m so glad you’re here.

The changes in your body, your relationships, and your identity can leave you feeling lost or disconnected from who you once were. Maybe you're battling intrusive thoughts, mood swings, or struggling to find balance in your new role as a mother. Maybe you feel lost, alone, or like you have to hold it together for the sake of everyone else. ==, or so you can try to recognize pieces of who you once were.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, please know you're not alone—seeking help is a brave, important step toward healing, and I’m here to walk alongside you in that journey.

I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, offering therapy tailored to your unique needs during pregnancy and early motherhood. Through compassionate support and evidence-based techniques, such as CBT and Interpersonal Psychotherapy, we’ll work on reducing anxiety, recognizing patterns, processing emotions, and building resilience to help you thrive during this time.

I offer a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly about the challenges you’re facing. Together, we’ll address the things that keep you feeling stuck in a loop of frustration, sadness, or worry, and help you navigate this transition with confidence and self-compassion.

I work with individuals and couples facing postpartum and perinatal mood disorders, birth trauma, infertility struggles, relationship stress, sticky thoughts, those feeling lost in their search for their identity and understanding of self, or those feeling like they have to hold it all together and be the “perfect” wife and mother. Therapy with me is a safe space to put down the heaviness that you have been holding alone, and let someone who understands what it’s like be there to share in the hard.

You don’t have to face this alone—I'm here to support you every step of the way.
