Fees and Billing

Private Pay and Out of Network Benefits Accepted

I am out of network with all health insurance providers. This allows flexibility in our work together and does not require that I provide a mental health diagnosis.

Forms of payment accepted include cash, check, or credit/debit card. All payments are due at the time of service.

If you’d like to reach out to your insurance provider to better understand your out-of-network benefits, these questions can be a helpful place to start:

  • What are my out-of-network benefits for outpatient behavioral health services?

  • Is there a deductible I need to meet before reimbursement begins?

  • How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement for services I’ve already paid for?

Free 15 minute consultation

Choosing a therapist is an important step. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a feel for who I am and how we might work together. This call is a low-pressure way to see if we might be a good match and if this space feels right for you.

$200/Individuals $250/Couples

Our first full session focuses on your story—your pregnancy or postpartum experience, the challenges you’re facing, and your hopes for therapy. Together, we’ll create a plan that centers your needs and goals, while considering the deeper patterns and experiences that may be shaping your transition into parenthood.

Ongoing sessions are available weekly or bi-weekly and provide continued support as you navigate the ups and downs of pregnancy and postpartum. Whether we are working through anxiety, postpartum depression, birth trauma, identity shifts, relationship stress, or deeper attachment themes, each session is a place for you to feel heard, validated, and supported without judgment.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate.

Healthcare providers are required to provide a “Good Faith Estimate” for out-of-network care. This means you have the right to know what to reasonably expect with billing and fees prior to receiving care. All services are provided with full transparency regarding pricing.
